    My name is Diane P. and I’m a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I enjoy Peak because their location is handy from work and home. Personally, I use the infrared sauna specifically to help with circulation and to detox my body. I feel it also helps with Arthritis which has crept into my hands and knees. After completely drying off, I will do whole body Cryo. It’s 3 minutes (you can go less) of cold which I find beneficial for inflammation, sore muscles and helps blood flow. To round out the visit, I will many times do leg or hip compressions to improve blood circulation which helps to get my body ready for my next workout. I would suggest whole body or local Cryo for clients with inflammation issues and compressions for those who workout regularly!”
